Cornerstone Roofing is a family owned and operated business based in San Diego, California. It was founded in 1988 by Neville and Berta Graaff. Neville started in the Industry as the Controller and Public Works estimator of a medium-sized roofing company based in Costa Mesa, CA.

He was joined in the business by his son Nathan Graaff who grew up exposed to all aspects of the trade. He became distinguished for his expertise outside Cornerstone Roofing before being invited to build the family business.

Since 1988, Cornerstone Roofing has grown becoming a trusted name in North San Diego County, Southern Orange County and is expanding into Riverside and Inland Empire.

Our newest service is a computer software product co-developed by Daniel Graaff (See: ZOE), Neville’s eldest son. It is an interactive, Internet based system that allows-

Home Owner clients to:

• Request a bid and authorize work to be done,
• View before and after pictures of their project,
• Receive an invoice and pay for the service all from the comfort of their home or computer.

Property Management clients:

• All the above, PLUS
• Create and maintain (visual) roof maintenance histories of and for their Home Owner Association (HOA) clients.

With this system Order Work Done we hope to benefit the business community at large.
